Bob Reed was removed from his District 6 seat due to a violation of election law. In a court ruling (Friday), Reed is said to have failed to file a required statement of economic interest. There was a deadline to have paperwork on file.

Reed also made news with a DUI arrest. Records also show he failed to appear in court for a small claims case.
