Indiana State Police report one man is dead following an early morning crash Saturday. It happened around 2 am on Interstate 65 near the State Road 38 exit.

Police report an SUV ran off the right side of the road and flipped over, killing one person. The victim was 45-year-old Fermin A. Rodriquez of Illinois.

A preliminary investigation showed two toddlers, four adults and three teenagers were involved in the crash.

Two people were ejected from the vehicle. Seven other occupants were inside the car.

The man ejected from the vehicle was pronounced dead by the Tippecanoe County Coroner's Office.

The crash is under investigation.
