Kankakee City Police are investigating the deaths of two people found dead at a residence. Authorities report 44-yr-old Jose Andrade and 42-yr-old Sulema Munoz were found dead at a home on Washington Avenue. Both were pronounced dead a little before 4 am today (Thursday). Police call it a domestic matter, believed to be a murder-suicide. Autopsies are planned.
