Reports of a bank robbery at the Iroquois Farmers State Bank of Beaverville this (Wed) morning. Authorities were searching for a black SUV that fled northbound from the Iroquois County town. It happened just before 10 am.
Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police, Illinois State Police answered the call.
There was a lone employee in the bank. Reports indicated a black male robbed the facility at gunpoint. He had a mask and some sort of back-pack. The man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injury was reported.
