The State DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH is announcing today (Mon) that Kankakee and Will County are moving into Phase 4 of the COVID Re-Store Illinois Plan. The Illinois health officials report Region 7 has improved enough to merit a move to Phase 4. The metrics show Region 7 is improved, allowing indoor dining and drinking for parties up to 10 people. The move also allows bowling alleys, skating rinks and other indoor recreation venues to re-open.
