A Department of Agriculture grant may be brining a $500,000 to the village of Loda for a new water tower.  The federal grant will require an income survey as part of the application process.  Local residents will be asked to provide survey info.  The survey is part of an "environmental review record," according to village engineer Tom Overmyer.
