A posted-detour will direct motorists in Iroquois County and Newton County this next week. Railroad crossings will be improved, so road closures will be in effect.

Starting Monday (Oct 16th_ -- Route 52 south of Martinton finds the Union Pacific Railroad making repairs.

In Kentland, Indiana – the T.P. & W. Railroad is closing the U.S. 41 crossing just south of Route 24.

Drivers are urged to use caution along the detour routes.
