Another heat wave will cook much of the country this week, with temperatures five to ten degrees above normal. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says its because of a heat dome, an event caused by a change in ocean temperatures that keeps heat effectively trapped over an area. It's sure to make things more difficult for those fighting nearly 90 major wildfires across 13 states.
