In federal court in Peoria …. Bourbonnais resident Timothy Dean was found guilty of one-count of enticement of a child. The 38-year-old Dean faces sentencing September 14 before a U.S. District Judge. The government presented over two days of testimony that Dean arranged to meet an individual he believed was a 14-year-old minor for sexual activity. He faces statutory penalties of 10 years to life in prison.
