A Livingston County woman was sentenced to a dozen years in prison. 24-year-old Samantha Martinez of Chatsworth pled guilty to unlawful delivery of heroin and cocaine.
Martinez was out on bond when she committed the cocaine offense, according to Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress.
She was stopped and charged by the Livingston County Proactive Unit for DUI of drugs in March. Police found her in possession of cocaine, other drugs and $1,000 cash. Childress also said Martinez was out on a $2,000 bond from a heroin dealing arrest that occurred within 500 feet of the city park in Chatsworth on March 7th.
Two other Chatsworth residents were also arrested on felony charges in the March 7 incident.
