The Iroquois County Long Term Recovery Committee has been re-organized to assist the needs of the 2015 flood victims. This committee was first created in 2008. This 501 C 3 group looks at different ways to improve the lives of flood victims throughout Iroquois county.
Every dollar donated stays in Iroquois county. There are different sub-committees: Spiritual/Emotional Care, Volunteer, Donations, Communications, and Case Management. These sub-committees are designed to work with families to better lives, help with housing, spiritual and emotional assistance, and quality of life. These sub-committees will continue to meet on a regular basis.
