The Benton County Sheriff's Office in Indiana reports a missing 15-year-old girl from Benton County has been found safe.

Emily Schneider is accounted for, according to detectives in the sheriff’s department. No further details were provided about where the girl was found. Emily was last seen riding her bicycle in the area of I-65 at the Wolcott/Remington exit around 8 p.m. Monday.

Sheriff’s Police from Benton and Jasper County were involved in the search, along with Indiana State Police. Authorities said Schneider's bicycle was found Monday, but she was not located.

The Newton County, IN sheriff's department is identifying the body found Saturday afternoon north of Kentland.

Foul play is suspected in the death of 30-year-old Nicole Bowen of West Lafayette. The case is under investigation. Police say there's no reason to believe there is an active threat to the community.

The body was discovered by a property owner in Jefferson Township. Several police agencies, including the FBI, and the Newton County Coroner's Office are active in the investigation.
