22-year-old Candace Pinkstaff of Watseka was jailed in Iroquois County in connection with a stolen vehicle from Champaign County.  Watseka Police assisted the Urbana Police Department in locating a reported stolen vehicle from Urbana.  LOcal officers located the vehicle at a business in the 700-block of W. Walnut Street. Officers later made contact with the driver and charged Pinkstaff with possession of a stolen vehicle and obstruction of justice when she allegedly lied to police about her name. Authorities also reported Pinkstaff was wanted on a retail theft warrant out of Champaign County.
