More than five inches of snow has fallen in several area east-central Illinois counties since Sunday and more is on the way.
Just under six inches was recorded at WGFA/WIBK Radio in Watseka. Grundy County Emergency Management Agency said .7 inches fell Sunday, 3.3 inches on Monday and 1.5 inches followed. Livingston County checked in with 8-10 inches at Cornell.
Another Winter Storm Watch begins this evening (Thursday) and continues until Friday night. Separate reports from the NWS has official weather observers calling for between 5 to 9 more inches.
