ABRA, ARC receive $400 gifts from Iroquois County

The Illinois County Association (ICA) recently awarded Iroquois County scholarship gifts to benefit local non-profit groups. The ICA recognizes struggling economic times for agencies/organizations. And the ICA reaches out to offer financial help to those groups that provide valuable services.

Today (Tuesday), Iroquois County Board Chairman John Shure extended that financial help to ABRA – for the developly-disabled in Sheldon and the ARC of Iroquois County in Watseka. Each organization was presented with a $400 check at the Iroquois County Board meeting.
