Flash Flood Watch issued for Illiana >

A threat of heavy rain across parts of East Central Illinois finds the National Weather Service issuing a Flash Flood Watch. The Watch is posted for parts of Iroquois, Vermilion, Champaign and other neighboring counties in East Central Illinois.

Meanwhile, there’s a Flash Flood Warning in place thru Thursday for portions of Indiana...including Vermillion, Warren, Parke and Vigo Counties.

Showers and thunderstorms could produce 2 to 4 inches of rain in Vermilion County, Illinois. The heaviest rainfall is likely in the southern part of the county according to the National Weather Service. The heavy rain will bring the potential for flash flooding.
