The Iroquois County Long Term Recovery Committee is conducting a Community Work Day June 16. The event is all go for 8 am and volunteers are needed to help flood victims with unresolved clean-up issues.

Anyone with flood related work requests needing to be completed is encouraged to call 815-432-2416 by June 8 to be added to the ‘do do’ list. Work projects can include indoor/outdoor cleanup, furniture moving, and other general tasks.

Volunteers of all skill levels are greatly needed for this town-wide event. Those who would like to take part in helping those in the community affected by the recent flood are asked to call 815-432-2416.
