Illinois Congressman Adam Kinzinger visited Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka to congratulate IMH CEO Chuck Bohlmann on providing healthcare to the area for 100 years.
Kinzinger said, "I understand the importance of rural healthcare to the residents of the 16th district. Hospitals like Iroquois Memorial, as well as other rural hospitals across my district and the state, help maintain the quality of life for people throughout rural Illinois."
Kinzinger's roots run deep across Illinois. He has local ties to Watseka. He was born in Kankakee, grew up in Bloomington, and now resides in Channahon. He said his parents instilled in him and his two siblings the importance of hard work and responsiveness through public service.
