Watseka men arrested on METH charges

Bond was set (Tuesday) in Iroquois Circuit Court for three Watseka men facing Meth-related charges. Watseka Police made the arrests during a traffic stop Monday night.

33-year-old Jonathan Farris and 24-year-old Travis Houser were each jailed on $50,000 bonds. 26-year-old Brock Kraay's bond was set at $5,000.

All three suspects were charged with Possession of meth precursors, manufacturing methamphetamine, and conspiracy to manufacture meth.

Farris is also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. Kraay was also ticketed for No valid driver's license, operating a non-insured vehicle and unlawful use of registration.

An officer recognized Kraay as the driver of a vehicle, knowing Kraay did not have a driver's license. Following a traffic stop on E. Walnut Street, police then observed numerous items inside the vehicle that are used to manufacture meth.
