A 19-yr-old Bourbonnais woman has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated domestic battery after a fight with her boyfriend. Kenya Brown was arrested for allegedly cutting a man with a knife (Tuesday). The incident took place at a residence at Eagle Bluff Drive, according to the Daily-Journal.

Bourbonnais Police reported an argument escalated into an altercation when Brown allegedly started waving a knife.

The D-J reported Bourbonnais police also responded to the residence earlier in August to a domestic incident when brown was also arrested then for hitting the boyfriend with a shovel.
