Another 2,058 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.  The increased numbers are in Jasper (6), White (5) and Tippecanoe (57).  The number come from the State Department of Health as of Friday, August 6 (2021).   
According to ISDH, 781,326 people in Indiana have been diagnosed with coronavirus. A total of 13,624 people have died from the virus, an increase of 9.  Newton County reported two new cases and Benton County one.
