A 21-year-old Savoy man appeared in Iroquois County Court Thursday where his bond was set at $100,000. Trevaughn Brownlee is accused in the December 28th armed robbery at McDonald’s in Gilman.
Brownlee is a suspect in the early-morning robbery in Iroquois County. Two other suspects are yet to appear in court.
19-year-old Tyran Mueller and 19-year-old Lucas Martinez, both of Savoy and former Iroquois County residents, were also arrested for the crime. They were still being held in Champaign County.
The trio are also suspects in two Champaign County robberies; one at a service station in Urbana and a church burglary.
Mueller and Martinez are former employees at the McDonald’s in Gilman. Iroquois County Investigator Cliff Perzee said the three returned to Gilman again Tuesday morning in another attempt to rob the business.
