IL Route 52 @ 2200 E in Iroquois County is where two vehicles collided AT 11:15 am (Wed), sending one of the drivers to Riverside Hospital. Illinois State Police reported 39-year-old Stephanie Brattin of Donovan failed to yield at the stopped intersection. Her pickup truck the westbound car of 63-year-old Thomas Frogge of Martinton. Frogge was taken to the hospital with injuries. Brattin was also charged with DUI.
