The January 1st fatal hit & run in Kankakee led to a second arrest last week. Rashagun Hale had bond set at $2-million by Judge Kathy Bradshaw-Elliott in Circuit Court.

Anthony Stewart II was killed, according to police, when he was intentionally run down on N. Chicago Avenue. Hale and Warren Thomas Jr are both charged with murder. Both men are from Kankakee.
