The Village of Bradley celebrated a ground-breaking event (Tuesday).  Officials gathered for the start of the construction of a new sports complex - a baseball and softball facility along St. George Road.  It's a $35 million project that's expected to kick-start many other related building developments.  Mayor Mike Watson said the village is likely to welcome visitors and traffic that'll generate future investments.
