Bradley Police report the arrests of one adult and four juveniles after reports of a Northfield Square Mall Security Officer being shot at (Tuesday).
An adult female, Racheal Miller, and four juveniles face felony charges of Contributing to the Criminal Delinquency of a Minor, Criminal Damage to Property, Aggravated ASSAULT, Mob Action and other Probation violations.
The Bradley Investigations Unit conducted the investigation after police received a call from a mall security officer advising he was shot at by “multiple subjects with a B-B gun.” This was just before 8:30 pm after the security officer had to escort the group off the property. The Security Officer advised prior to the shots being fired, he was getting the license plate off the suspect’s vehicle when he was approached by some of the same subjects and they threatned him with bodily harm before driving away.
Bradley Police also reported getting calls from at least two other citizens who reported damage to their vehicles.
Police reports indicated felony criminal damage in what appeared to be caused by gun shots.
A vehicle description led to Kankakee City Police locating the identifying the subjects. Police recovered several B-B’s and air-cartridges used to fire the B-B’s.
