Administrative Offices in Iroquois County re-open today

The public can conduct business in Iroquois County government offices again today (Thursday).  The offices in the Adminstrative Center in Watseka resumed daily operations, after being closed to the public for the last several weeks due to the COVID-19 disease. Visitors ae asked to practice social distancing and wear a mask.  Citizens are also asked to continue using alternative means of communication, like email and phone calls, if possible.

The Iroquois County Public Health Department is open by appointment only.  The County Highway department is closed until further notice, but available by appointment only. County Board Chairman John Shure extends a thank you to the public for the cooperation and patience the last several weeks.
