“It’s been a fun 10 years and I enjoy what I do.” Amanda Hibbs says she looks forward to continuing her work with local/area businesses as she celebrates a 10-year anniversary as Executive Director of the Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce.
Directing the Chamber’s Business After Hours event (Wednesday) at Iroquois Memorial Hospital, Hibbs told the attendees the Chamber’s membership has grown; always looking for new partners, and she encouraged member businesses to apply to host future BAH events.
BAH is held the first Wednesday of each month offering an opportunity for business associates and friends to network and share ideas. Questions about the Chamber and its community involvement are welcome at the Watseka Office or by calling 815-432-2416.
Hibbs added, this network of chamber fun is rewarding, hopefully it helps local businesses and everyone is welcome to get involved. There’s more to do.
