Indiana Beach is ready for its 90th anniversary season. The popular amusement park opens to the public tomorrow (Friday 5/27).
94.1 WGFA is proud to partner with Indiana Beach with promotional give-aways again this season.
Several improvements have been made and the park offers tons of fun again this anniversary season.
California-based Apex Parks Group bought the park last September. Millions of dollars were spent on renovations.
Indiana Beach marketing director Don Hurd said the new owners have painted and restored rides and buildings throughout the 27-acre property.
Members of the community were invited out to preview of the park last Saturday. VIP Day welcomed community folks to take a look.
Hurd said the reason for the event was to show the community how much they appreciate the support.
Hurd said "we want them to be proud to talk about the park again, and feel energized about the park because Indiana Beach means a lot to people in White County." Hurd. Said "we employ a lot of White County people."
