Harbour House and the Watseka Elks are recognizing Iroquois County First Responders (Saturday).  An Appreciation Breakfast at the Elks Club in Watseka invites all first-responders  to enjoy breakfast and learn more about a new emergency domestic violence shelter opening in Iroquois County.  The event is set for 10 am. 

Kankakee County First Responders will also be recognized in March.
