Kankakee County drivers should note the Armour Road bridge project is expected to begin Monday, April 18.  It's a $6-million reconstruction project that'll take some 18 months to complete. according the Illinois Department of Transportation.  Two lanes of traffic will remain open during the work detail.  Motorists need to be aware of construction workers, the oranange emblems., work vests will be visible.
