U.S. Army veteran Gilbert Fanning says "never forget how we got our freedom."  He lead the July 4th Parade Tuesday and said he was honored to have been asked to serve as grand marshall.

"It's a Grand Old Flag" was the theme of the annual parade sponsored by the city of Watseka and the Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce.
