Ashkum Fire personnel responded to a semi tractor-trailer rollover on I-57 Sunday night.  The truck driver refused medical treatment altough trapped in his rig for some time. Fire and Riverside Ambulance personnel were on the scene while the road was cleared.  Ashkum Fire Chief Jeff Glenn said the high winds toppled the rig around 11 pm.  The enclosed trailer was empty but the northbound lanes were blocked.  The hope is the semi will be removed from the median once the winds subside.
