At a Glance: Iroquois County ballot

The Iroquois County ballot has contested races for City Council in Watseka, the Village of Clifton, Clifton is also asking voters if The Village Should Become a Home Rule Government – Yes or No ?
Hoopeston School District 11 also offers voters referendum question – Shall members of the School District be Elected At-Large rather than by Area of Residence – Yes or No. (Some Iroquois County residents get a say on that matter in the Vermilion County District).

Area school districts have contested school board seats --- Donovan, Iroquois West, Hoopeston, Tri-Point, Herscher School District 2, Parkland College School District 505. Other school board candidates want your vote, but they’re un-contested.

The Crescent-Iroquois Fire Protection District has a seat available, two candidates running (Tim McClain and Dave Kosik).

Alderman seats in Watseka has contested races in Wards 1 and 4. (Chris Meredith & Scott Muench)
Ward 4 finds Dale Strough and Yamei Rohlfs seeking the seat.

The Village of Clifton’s Trustee race finds four candidates after 3 seats – (John Tammen, Kathleen Dundas, Mack Berry and Jeffery Hall).
