Two residents were displaced in an early-morning fire (Wednesday) in Kankakee.  It was an attic space fire at 308 N. Hunter Drive.  Kankakee Fire Chief Bryan LaRoche said no one was injured, but two people living there had to make other arrangements.  Approximately $10,000 in damage.  The cause is under investigation.
