The husband of 21st Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Kathy Bradshaw-Elliott has died. Roger Elliott died while on a hunting trip to Wyoming. Elliott practiced law from his Momence firm in Kankakee County.
He represented Momence Township, the village of Hopkins Park, and served two stints as the Momence city attorney.
Roger Elliott was 66.
