An Oxford, Indiana man is accused of a sexual relationship with a minor.

43-year-old Chad Leuck was arrested Wednesday in Benton County.

Charges against him include Child Solicitation, Child Exploitation, and Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.

Authorities report Leuck used Facebook and text messages to solicit a 14-year-old girl for sex.

He's accused of meeting the girl at a park to make a video. He is also accused of exchanging multiple sexually explicit messages with her.

Leuck has previous convictions for Sexual Battery, Theft, Receiving Stolen Property and Failure to Register.
