Keep those hats and scarves handy, it's going to be a cold week ahead across almost all of Illinois. The National Weather Service says bitter cold will linger. Today will see lows in some places well below zero, highs will be in the teens. There's a bit of a warm-up tomorrow, but forecasters say another blast of arctic air is due to hit the state by the weekend.
