In Pontiac, A Livingston County Judge said NO to a request to lower the bond of a South Carolina man charged with DUI in an accident that killed a Pontiac police officer and his canine partner.

33-year-old Jason Collins is charged with Aggravated DUI and Reckless Homicide. The accident killed Officer Casey Kohlmeier and the officer's dog, Draco. Collins is jailed on a one-million dollar bond.
