Burglary, DUI, and Grooming arrests made over the weekend by area police

A 33-year-old Hoopeston man is free on bond after appearing in Iroquois Circuit Court Friday. Jacob Pentecost turned himself in at the county jail. He was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear for burglary. No other details about the burglary charge were released.

Sheriff's deputies returned from the Kankakee County Jail was 21-year-old Brenden Noel of Kankakee. Noel was wanted on a warrant for grooming. Further details were not disclosed.

Gilman Police on Saturday arrested 32-year-old Stephanie VonDrehle of Onarga. She was wanted on a Ford County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge.

Watseka Police reported the arrests of 50-year-old Alexander davis and 34-year-old Bridget David, both of Hoopeston, for retail theft. Police were called to the Big R store for two shoplifters.
