September event supports the Watseka Area Food Pantry

The Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes members and guests  to today's (Wednesday 9/3) Business Business After Hours.  This September event from 5 -7 pm is hosted by the Watseka Area Food Pantry, located at the Watseka First United Methodist Church (at 301 S. 4th Street).

All Chamber members, their employees, and guests or any business or organization who would like to learn more about the Chamber or becoming a member are invited to  socialize and enjoy refreshments along with a 50/50 drawing.

September is "Hunger Action Month"  --  all attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item, for every non-perishable food item you bring you will receive 1 more ticket into the door prize drawing !

"Hunger Action Month" is a nationwide campaign to spread awareness while engaging the public in the movement to end hunger.
