Candidates set to address ag forum

By The Associated Press
Illinois' candidates for governor and U.S. Senate are expected to outline their views on agricultural issues at a forum today.
The event Wednesday is being held on a farm outside of Bloomington and coordinated with the Illinois Farm Bureau. It's called the Illinois Agricultural Legislative Roundtable Candidate Forum. It was scheduled for 1 pm.

Those expected to attend are Democratic Gov. Pat Quinn and his Republican challenger Bruce Rauner and Democratic U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin and his Republican challenger state Sen. Jim Oberweis.

Each candidate has roughly one hour to discuss issues, but they won't address each other directly.
