Carle earns National Excellence Designation

The Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center and Carle’s east regional facilities were recently awarded a prestigious national designation. And the ‘Pathway to Excellence Program’ designation from the American Nursing Credentialing Center is the first to be awarded in Illinois.

Carle’s East Region facilities includes local Iroquois County clinics Watseka, Cissna Park and Milford. Others are in Rossville, Danville, Champaign-Urbana and Tuscola.

’This confirms the great care our patients receive every day,’’ said Pam Bigler, Chief Nursing Officer for Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center and Carle’s east regional facilities.

A news release from Carle further states, ‘’ANCC Pathway to Excellence recognizes years of patient-centered care, strategic thinking and a culture of quality,’’ said Harry Brockus, Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center CEO and vice president of Regional Health.’’
