Carle has announced the appointment of a new administrator for its hospital facility in Hoopeston.

Heather Tucker will be in charge of daily operations of the 25 bed critical CHRHC hospital. Tucker’s interim-administrator tag is now removed. A Carle press release states Tucker will provide leadership in several areas including Medical Surgery, Emergency Department, Facilities, Radiology and Lab Services.

Tucker’s Carle career began in 2006 as a nurse. Most recently she served as director of Primary Care Services for the east region for Carle and interim hospital administrator.

Tucker is a life-long Vermilion County resident.
