No one is in custody following a deadly shooting last week in Champaign. Police say an 18-year-old man was found shot Thursday in the 19-hundred block of Cynthia Drive and pronounced dead at the hospital. An initial investigation indicates that the man and his companions were sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot when an unknown person opened fire on the vehicle. Following the shooting, the victim's companions fled the area.
