22-yer-old Justen Krismantis of Chebanse is jailed without bond in Chicago, charged with the shooting of an off-duty Chicago officer.  Krismantis and two others were arrested for the wounding of officer Danny Golden.  Golden was off-duty when he intervened in a bar room fight.  He was shot and left paralyzed. 

Police and Cook County prosecutors say Krismantis, Bryant Hayes and Demstrius Harrell face weapons charges.  Krismantis was scene running to a vehicle to retrieve something before the gunshots rang out.  All three suspects are due back in court July 22.
