The 46th annual Iroquois County Christmas Cantata – “Joyful Sounds of the Season” – scheduled four presentations this year.  Two took place Sunday, December 17.  Two more are this Friday, December 22 at 6 and 8 pm.  The Cantata singers perform at the First Christian Church/Living Hope Church, 546 N. Sixth, Watseka.

There is no admission fee but seating needs to be reserved by calling 815-683-6381. You will need to leave your name, the number of seats you wish to reserve, the time of the presentation you want to see.  Don't forget to leave a call back number.

Joyful Noyz, the youth choir, has nine members this year.  Joyful Noyz directors are Jessica Fehland and Brenda Burnett.

The adult choir has 51 members representing 16 area churches.  Jessica Fehland is the director.

Although seating is free, a donation basket is located near the entryway. This year, Prairie States Christian Service Camp will be the recipient of donations.
