The Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce is announcing its Grand Marshal's for the upcoming Watseka Annual Lighted Christmas Parade. 11-year-old Adyson Douglas and 10-year-old Avery Parks will accompany Santa Claus in the parade Friday, November 28 at 7 pm. Sponsored by the City of Watseka, the parade will utilize the downtown route proceeding from the Glenn Raymond School north to Walnut Street and then east.

Following the parade, children can visit with Santa under the tent at the Winterfest Celebration in the First Trust & Saving Bank parking lot downtown. Breakfast with Santa is planned Saturday, December 13 at 9 am at the Watseka Elks Lodge.
The Village of Bradley's Lighted Christmas Parade is Friday, December 5 at 6:30 pm on Broadway. Kankakee's Christmas Parade welcomes Santa's arrival at 4:30 pm Saturday, December 13. Gibson City's Annual Lighted Christmas Parade is Saturday, November 22 at 6:30 pm. The Paxton Christmas Parade is set for 1:30 pm on Saturday, November 29. The City of Danville's Night of Lights Parade is December 5.
