University of Illinois President Tim Killeen is getting one heck of a holiday bonus. University trustees yesterday voted, without any public discussion, to give Killeen a 100 thousand-dollar bonus. It's his second 100 thousand-dollar performance bonus in two years. The money is on top of Killeen's 600 thousand-dollar a year salary.
