A semi overturned on Route 45 last Friday injuring a Clifton man. 27-year-old Oscar Frantz was taken to an area hospital when his rig left the road and overturned. Illinois State Police investigated near the Champaign-Douglas County Line. ISP reported both lanes of the highway were closed for about four hours.
Frantz was cited for improper lane usage.
